There are about five days you’ve been eating by following the Paleo cookbook and maybe not feel the amazing effects that so many others before you have heard, and in fact you feel worse!

Almost everyone who begins the Paleo Cookbook reading or a similar diet are exactly where you are you, not only sie. Let me explain what’s going on.
This way of eating is quite different from a normal Mediterranean diet, so there are a lot of changes you make. These changes do not go unnoticed by your body.
What I mean is, you may experience some detoxification symptoms, including intense desire to eat, headaches and fatigue.
Why? You took a lot of toxins through your diet, in the form of phytic acid and lectins in cereals and legumes, preservatives and other additives, refined flours, sweeteners and dairy. Since you probably have eaten these things all your life, your body is going through quite a turning point. But it also has the ability to finally clean up some toxins.
Without all the harmful foods constantly bombarding the liver and other organs, and with the addition of tons of nutrients and proteins from fruits, vegetables and meats that are now eating, your body is taking the opportunity to make a some ‘cleaning.
This elimination with detoxifying effect is exactly what causes the symptoms that may occur at this time. It ‘s like when you do a good deep cleaning of your home, the reversals upside before seeing it clean and spotless.
In the first three days (3 weeks), you can (but not always all) and try to feel this way:

But then on the 21st day finally everything has been cleared and I felt fantastic. A lot of people experience flu-like symptoms for a couple of days to a week, and there’s really no way to predict how long it will last your detox period. If you are a coffee drinker or other caffeinated beverages can almost certainly expect some symptoms. Caffeine is an addictive substance, as you know, and your nervous and endocrine systems will need time to detox.
